“When you’re in the most pain, shivering out of fear, then I will kill you. That’s a real revenge.”
Kyung-chul (Choi Min-sik, Oldboy) is a dangerous psychopath, stalking the streets of Seoul in search of his next victim. When his latest victim turns
out to be the fiancé of federal agent Soo-hyun (Lee Byung-hun, A Bittersweet Life), Kyung-chul finds he may now be the prey of a single-minded
hunter who will stop at nothing to catch him.
Named by Rolling Stone magazine as one of the top 20 “scariest movies you’ve never seen”, I SAW THE DEVIL is a terrifyingly brutal and relentlessly
bloody game of cat and mouse that puts a new spin on the age-old question: is it possible to defeat a monster without becoming a monster?
