Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, and we try to be fair while managing limited allocations.

Pre-orders

• Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before the allocation date mentioned on the product page.

• A 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all cancellations, whether requested by the customer or initiated by CineBox Canada. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing charges incurred through Shopify.

• The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Once we place the order with our distributor and the item is allocated on the mentioned date, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Please note: All items in one order will be shipped together once everything is in stock.

In-stock items

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the item is in stock and prepared for fulfilment.
• This is because we commit inventory specifically for your order.

Why this policy exists

• Many of our titles are limited editions ordered in small quantities.
• As a small business, cancellations after stock arrival can result in unsold inventory.
