Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, and we try to be fair while managing limited allocations.

Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before the allocation date mentioned on the product page.

  • Once allocation is confirmed with our distributor, cancellations will no longer be possible, as we place orders based on customer pre-orders.

Please note: All items in one order will be shipped together once everything is in stock.

In-stock items

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the item is in stock and prepared for fulfilment, as we commit inventory specifically for your order.

Sale Items

  • All sale item purchases are final and cannot be cancelled.

  • Sale items are offered at special discounted prices and inventory may be ordered or reserved specifically based on customer orders.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Why this policy exists

  • Many of our titles are limited editions ordered in small quantities.

  • As a small business, cancellations after allocation or stock arrival can result in unsold inventory.

  • This policy helps us maintain competitive pricing and secure limited titles for our customers.
