Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, and we try to be fair while managing limited allocations.

Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before the allocation date mentioned on the product page.

  • Once allocation is confirmed with our distributor, cancellations will no longer be possible, as we place orders based on customer pre-orders.

    Please note: all items in one order will be shipped together once everything is in stock.

In-stock items

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the item is in stock and prepared for fulfilment. This is because we commit inventory specifically for your order.

Why this policy exists

  • Many of our titles are limited editions ordered in small quantities.
  • As a small business, cancellations after stock arrival can result in unsold inventory.
