Refund policy
We want collectors to be happy with their CineBox purchase.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once an item has been sold.
📀 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Sale Items: All sale items are final sale. Due to the discounted pricing, minor cosmetic damage, small dents, scratches, or imperfections are not eligible for replacement or refund.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless item was damaged.
