Labour Day Deals – Terms & Shipping Policy

Please review the following terms before placing your Labour Day Sale order. Due to special sale pricing and increased order volume, different terms apply to sale purchases.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Labour Day Sale orders may take approximately 3–4 weeks to ship.

Some sale items may need to be restocked from our distributors. Your order will ship once all items are in stock and ready to ship together.

If your order also contains pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are available.

Split shipping may be requested. Additional shipping charges will apply where applicable.

Shipping Rates

Standard Canadian Addresses

  • Orders under $150: $6.99 flat-rate shipping
  • Orders $150 and above: FREE shipping

Remote Areas & PO Box Addresses

  • Flat-rate shipping: $17.99
  • The regular free-shipping offer does not apply to remote areas or PO Box addresses.

Additional charges may apply in exceptional cases where the shipping cost is significantly higher. We will contact you before shipping if any adjustment is required.

Payment

Full payment for Labour Day Sale orders will be charged immediately at checkout.

This applies to sale items even if they are awaiting restock or will take several weeks to ship.

Cancellations

All Labour Day Sale purchases are final and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Sale inventory is secured or ordered from our distributors based on customer orders and the special sale pricing offered.

Please review your items carefully before completing your purchase.

Damage & Cosmetic Imperfections

Due to the discounted nature of the Labour Day Sale, minor cosmetic imperfections are not eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

This may include minor:

  • Dents or dings
  • Scratches or scuffs
  • Corner or edge wear
  • Small marks on Steelbooks, slipcovers, J-cards, outer boxes, or packaging
  • Minor imperfections to shrink-wrap or external packaging

For significant damage that affects the item itself, discs, or usability, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and assist where appropriate.

Returns & Exchanges

Labour Day Sale items are final sale.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, minor cosmetic damage, or packaging imperfections.

If you receive an incorrect item or there is a significant issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

Combined Orders

All items within an order are normally shipped together in one shipment once everything is available.

If you would like available items shipped separately, please contact us. Additional shipping fees may apply to each separate shipment.

Availability

Sale items are available while supplies last. Some products may be fulfilled from incoming distributor stock and are not necessarily physically available at our warehouse at the time the order is placed.

In the rare event that our distributor is unable to supply an ordered item, we will remove and refund the unavailable item and ship the remaining items in your order.
