**Run and Kill** is a brutal, unpredictable Hong Kong crime thriller that follows Cheung "Fatty" Kau Ng (Kent Cheng), a carefree family man whose life spirals into chaos after he drunkenly hires someone to murder his unfaithful wife. What begins as a reckless decision quickly plunges him into Hong Kong's ruthless criminal underworld, where he encounters vicious Vietnamese gangsters and a dangerous group of former Mainland Chinese military operatives. Among them is the volatile Ching Fung, portrayed with chilling intensity by legendary actor Simon Yam (*Dr. Lamb, Fatal Termination*). As the violence escalates, Fatty finds himself trapped in a relentless game of survival, with every twist leading toward an increasingly disturbing conclusion.

Directed by the late **Billy Tang**, a key figure in Hong Kong's notorious 1990s Category III exploitation cinema, *Run and Kill* delivers the uncompromising brutality and shocking intensity that defined the era. Tang's work helped shape a wave of extreme Hong Kong films alongside cult classics such as *Red to Kill*, *Dr. Lamb*, and *Brothers of Darkness*.
